The Drummond Public Library is a small town library in Drummond Wisconsin in northern Wisconsin.
The Drummond Public Library is a part of the Northern Waters Library Service which serves the whole of northern Wisconsin and gives us access to the materials of 30 libraries.
Even though the Drummond Public Library is one of the smallest libraries in the system,
patrons have access to the collections of all of the libraries, including the largest libraries, and can have materials delivered within days!
The Drummond Library itself has a collection of approximately 9,000 books.
We specialize in popular fiction, especially murder/mystery/suspense, but there is something for everyone. We have a well rounded collection of nonfiction for both adults and youth.
Many guide books pertaining to the area have been added over the years. If you need to identify that odd bird in the swamp, or possibly edible mushroom you can find a guide book to help you here.
Several donations have allowed us to greatly enhance our collection of books on CD for both adults and youth. There is everything from Dr. Seuss to James Patterson on the shelf.
Come take a look and we are sure you will find something of interest to you.
We have many National Geographic titles in both DVD and VHS.
We also have a growing collection of movies in both VHS and DVD format.
Many of the top box office hits are available, as well as old classics.
We were able to add all of the Disney classic titles in DVD using donations from the Friends of the Library, so we have something for everyone.
New items are being added weekly.
New fiction, non-fiction and special collections are featured at the front of the library.
